This week I’m sharing a very special Sound Bath — a full 1-hour Genius Gamma journey, performed on my large Green Tara Tibetan Singing Bowl, tuned to a 70 Hz Gamma frequency.

This week’s Sound Bath is something a little special — recorded in the gentle winter light, just before spring began to stir. Joining me for this session is the incredible Virginia Bridges, whose soaring vocals and singing bowls drift gracefully over my handpan and percussion accompaniment. Together, we created a 15-minute soundscape designed to bring you into a state of calm presence, deep listening, and subtle renewal.
