Featuring Handpan, Singing Bowls & Soaring Vocals in Immersive 3D Audio
Hey guys, it’s Mat Creedon here 🌞
This week’s Sound Bath is something a little special — recorded in the gentle winter light, just before spring began to stir.
Joining me for this session is the incredible Virginia Bridges, whose soaring vocals and singing bowls drift gracefully over my handpan and percussion accompaniment. Together, we created a 15-minute soundscape designed to bring you into a state of calm presence, deep listening, and subtle renewal.

🌼 Marigold as a Meditation Anchor
In the video, you’ll notice a single marigold flower glowing gently in the frame.
It’s more than a visual — it’s a meditation anchor.
Marigolds are traditionally symbols of light, renewal, and grounding — the perfect companion for a Sound Bath designed to help you return to your centre. You’re welcome to close your eyes or softly gaze at the flower as a point of stillness.
🎧 Immersive 3D Audio — Best with Headphones
This Sound Bath was captured using my go-to for spatial recordings: the Soyuz 013 Ambisonic microphone. It records in full 360-degree spatial detail, placing you right in the middle of the sound.
To get the full effect, I highly recommend using headphones — ideally ones you haven’t left in the washing machine. 😉
✨ How to Practice This Sound Bath
This session is gentle, grounding, and great for any time of day. Here’s how to make the most of it:
Find a quiet, comfortable space where you won’t be disturbed.
Sit or lie down in a relaxed position.
Close your eyes, or rest your gaze on the marigold.
Let the tones of handpan, bowls, and vocals move through you.
Stay for the full 15 minutes — or simply listen as long as you need.
This Sound Bath is ideal for meditation, yoga, energy clearing, or a mid-day pause when you’re feeling overwhelmed or untethered.

🙏 Thanks for Listening
If this Sound Bath brought you even a moment of peace, I’d be truly grateful if you could like, comment, or share it. Every bit of support helps this work reach more people who might need a moment of stillness.
