Harmonize Your Qi: A 9-Minute Elemental Balance Sound Bath with Solar Harmonics Tuning Forks

Performed with Omnivos Tuning Forks | Sound Bath Inspired by the Work of John Beaulieu

Performed with Omnivos Tuning Forks | Inspired by the Work of Dr. John Beaulieu

Welcome to this gentle yet powerful 9-minute sound bath designed to harmonize the Five Elements of Traditional Chinese Medicine — Wood, Fire, Earth, Metal, and Water. This session uses Solar Harmonics Tuning Forks handcrafted by Omnivos to rebalance your Qi (life energy) and restore natural flow.

Note: I’m not affiliated with Omnivos — I just love their tools and share what works.

Eight tuning forks arranged in a star shape on a blue patterned cloth, with light reflections creating a calm, harmonious mood.

🎵 The Science and Spirit of the Sound Bath

The tones in this session are rooted in the research of Dr. John Beaulieu — a renowned naturopath, sound healer, and composer. His BioSonic tuning fork therapy combines ancient healing traditions with modern vibrational science to restore inner balance and coherence.

🕯️ The Fire Element Sound Bath: Candle as Anchor

Throughout the video, you’ll see a softly flickering candle — a symbol of the Fire Element. Its glow is an invitation to turn inward. Let it ground your focus while the tuning forks nourish and align the five elemental energies within.

✨ Elemental Balance Sound Bath: What This Session Supports

This sound bath is ideal when any of the elements are out of harmony. Here’s how each one plays a role in your energetic ecosystem:

  • 🌳 Wood — for direction, vision, and growth

  • 🔥 Fire — for joy, spirit, and emotional connection

  • 🌍 Earth — for stability, nourishment, and empathy

  • 🪙 Metal — for breath, clarity, and healthy boundaries

  • 💧 Water — for rest, wisdom, and emotional depth

🧘‍♀️ Daily Practice: 5 Simple Steps

Use this as a daily Qi alignment ritual — a reset for your nervous system and spirit.

  1. Sit or lie still — somewhere peaceful

  2. Gaze softly at the candle, or close your eyes

  3. Breathe into your lower belly (the dantian)

  4. Set an intention — to balance, release, restore, or nourish

  5. Let the tones guide your body and mind into elemental harmony

🌿 Why This Practice Matters

This 9-minute journey is like sonic acupuncture for the soul. It supports nervous system regulation, clears emotional blocks, and helps bring your energy body back into flow.

Whether you’re beginning your day or seeking a moment of calm in the middle of it — this sound bath offers a simple, sacred pause.

With resonance and rhythm,

Mat Creedon

Join The SOMA Experience for a transformative immersion in ecstatic dance and embodied movement.

FLOW DANCE is a live-band ecstatic dance journey where music and movement unfold in real time.

Mat sets the foundation with a powerful arc of original dance tracks — flowing, lyrical, tribal, and chaotic — and actively improvises live, layering textures, rhythms, and effects to shape the sound moment by moment. On top of this evolving soundscape, Portia Tang (vocals) and Michael Green (clarinet) respond in real time, weaving spontaneous melodies that mirror and amplify the energy in the room.

This is not a performance. It’s a shared experience.
No talking. No choreography. Just sweat, sound, and full-body expression.

Flow Dance is a powerful fusion of dance, breath, and sound — a journey into presence, embodiment, and liberation. No experience needed — just a willingness to move and be moved.

Through the resonant waves of music and movement, we awaken the Imaginal — a doorway to a deeper sense of being — rebalancing and restoring the energy centres (chakras) within. As the harmonies unfold and the dance emerges, we are invited into a remembrance of our own soul’s natural rhythm, flowing in unity with the cosmos.

☕ Complimentary Cacao or Chai available upon arrival.
