Inspired by the work of Dr. John Beaulieu | Performed with Omnivos Tuning Forks
Welcome to your daily sonic spark — a 6-minute Creativity Sound Bath designed to stir the imagination, unlock flow, and reignite your creative fire.
This bite-sized session features Solar Harmonics Tuning Forks handcrafted by Omnivos — finely tuned vibrational healing tools that ring with clarity, warmth, and intention. (Just so you know — I’m not affiliated with Omnivos. I just genuinely love what they create and want to pass it on.)

🎵 The Sound Science Behind the Session
The tuning forks used in this Sound Bath are inspired by Dr. John Beaulieu, a pioneer in sound healing. His BioSonic Tuning Fork Therapy blends vibration, consciousness, and somatic awareness to help people return to balance — physically, emotionally, and creatively.
With each chime, these forks help realign your nervous system, clear mental clutter, and reconnect you to the creative part of yourself that’s always humming beneath the surface.
🕯️ A Candle to Anchor You
In the video, you’ll notice a single lit candle — a simple point of stillness. Let its gentle flicker guide your awareness inward while the sound supports your imaginative expansion, intuitive connection, and creative ease.
✨ Who Is This Creativity Sound Bath For?
This sound bath may be especially helpful for:
Artists, musicians, writers & creators who feel stuck or uninspired
Neurodivergent individuals, including non-verbal autistic people, who benefit from rhythmic sensory input to support expression and emotional regulation
Therapists, educators, & support workers looking for calming tools to spark imagination and openness in others
🎯 How to Use This Video as a Daily Practice:
Find a quiet space where you can sit or lie comfortably
Gaze softly at the candle, or gently close your eyes
Set an intention: openness, curiosity, ease, or clarity
Let the sound frequencies re-tune your inner world
Use this mini-sound bath as a daily reset for your energy and creativity
Whether you’re kickstarting a new project, reconnecting with your inner artist, or simply holding space for someone else’s creative spark — let this 6-minute Sound Bath be your gentle, resonant nudge back into flow.
🕉️ Join Me This Saturday for Open Heart Kirtan (Winter Solstice Celebration)

This Saturday, June 22nd, in celebration of the Winter Solstice, I’ll be playing bass with the Open Heart Kirtan band at The Open Space in Abbotsford — and I’d love to see you there.
Kirtan is a beautiful, devotional form of group singing known as Bhakti Yoga — an open-hearted practice that welcomes singers and non-singers alike. It’s medicine for the soul, and it’s one of the most uplifting ways to realign with your higher self.
✨ Event Details:
🗓 Saturday, June 22, 2025
⏰ Doors Open: 6:30pm | Kirtan: 7:15pm
📍 The Open Space, 11 Acacia Pl, Abbotsford VIC 3067
💚 Entry is by donation and includes a delicious plant-based meal and non-dairy chai. All funds go directly to support the Sansar Gyaan Pathshala School in rural northern India — providing free education for over 300 students, especially girls.
🧘 Floor cushions are provided (some chairs are available), and children are welcome with supervision. The space is fully accessible via lift from the Victoria Street entrance or level with the paid carpark.
Come soak in the joy, devotion, and warm community vibes. It’s a nourishing way to mark the turning of the season.
