Step Into the Power of Sound Baths
Hey guys, it’s Mat Creedon here 🌞
This week I’m sharing something special — a 1-hour Tibetan Singing Bowl Sound Bath tuned to 80 Hz Gamma frequency. Gamma waves are the fastest of the brainwave frequencies (30–80 Hz) and are linked to peak concentration, creativity, and mental clarity.
Recorded using the Soyuz 013 Ambisonic microphone, this Sound Bath is fully immersive — creating the sensation of being surrounded by sound, as though you are sitting inside the Tibetan Bowl itself.

Why 80 Hz Gamma?
The 80 Hz frequency has a unique effect on the mind. It is connected with:
Peak Concentration — sharpen your focus and sustain attention.
Enhanced Creativity — support flow states and problem-solving.
Positive Mood — uplift your emotions while calming stress.
Cognitive Support — may strengthen memory, learning, and clarity.
This Sound Bath is not just for meditation — it can also be used as a concentration tool while studying, working, or creating.
The Experience
A single candle glows against a dark backdrop, providing a visual anchor to support single-pointed awareness. Combined with the resonance of the 80 Hz Tibetan Singing Bowl, the result is a Sound Bath that encourages stillness, focus, and presence.
Through the 3D Ambisonic recording, you’ll experience sound moving all around you — a meditative environment that allows the mind to settle and expand at the same time.
How to Listen
Find a quiet, comfortable space.
Use good-quality headphones to enjoy the full Ambisonic depth.
Close your eyes, breathe deeply, and let the tones guide you into clarity.
Join the Sound Bath Journey
I share a new Sound Bath each week — from Tibetan Singing Bowls to Handpan, Vocals, and more. Each one is recorded to bring you deeper into the healing power of sound.
