Service Description​

Participant is welcome to either sit in a comfortable chair or lie on a yoga mat. Mat performs various sound instruments including singing bowls, gongs, chimes, tuning forks, ocean drum and Tibetan Buddhist mantras. The warm resonant vibrations surrounding the listener allow the mind and body to reach deeper states of rest and healing.

Service Description​

A one-hour relaxing group sound bath at a location of your choice.

Be it at your home, park, sporting club house, community hall, school, church, temple, etc... a minimum of 8 participants are required. 

Participants are welcome to sit in a comfortable chair or lie on a yoga mat (bring your own mat, bolster, blankets, pillow etc..)

Mat performs various sound instruments including singing bowls, gongs, chimes, tuning forks, ocean drum and Tibetan Buddhist mantras. The warm resonant vibrations surrounding the listener allow the mind and body to reach deeper states of rest and healing.
